We may request you to send pictures or ship us the product. If we determine that the product is defective, we will replace that product within 30 days of proof of purchase for an exchange with an identical or similar product. We will pay all shipping and handling fees. We appreciate your business.

Our website displays the color of Vice Merchants’ products as accurately as possible. However, the actual color you see will depend on your monitor. We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges because of color discrepancies between your monitor’s display and our products.
For each order with Vicemerchants.com, you will receive a confirmation email, a list of the items purchased, the shipping address, your method of payment, and a unique order identification number. Your full credit card information will never be included in any email. After we ship your items, we will send you a second email including the shipper’s tracking number.

Wash with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry with low heat. Remove promptly from dryer.
We produce our sheet sets and bandanas at quality mills in India, China, and Spain.
Our fabric is made from carded, combed, long-staple, 100% cotton.
Our sheets are woven at quality mills from 100% cotton and printed with industry accepted dyes and pigments. Our sheets meet international standards for dermatological approval, but do not qualify as hypo-allergenic.
Some people find the chemical scent of dye processing to be unpleasant. We recommend that you wash your new sheets with laundry detergent and softener.
Yes, our sheets are pre-shrunk. As is the case with most cotton goods, our sheets will shrink about 3% more over the life of the product. Dry sheets on low heat and remove them from the dryer promptly to avoid excessive shrinkage.
